Understand
First, I meet you on a video call. You tell me what you want to make, who it's for and what they should take away. I'll be honest about whether I can help; if we're a good fit, we define the style and message.

Shape
I make a storyboard, then you and I review it shot by shot. You tell me what you had in mind, what you'd change and share any references you have. That way, I know what you want to see before I animate it.

Produce
I refine the storyboard in Figma and animate the scenes in After Effects, showing you progress along the way. If there's a voiceover, I write the script; we choose the music, I sync the animation to it and finish the sound effects in Premiere Pro.

Deliver
I deliver the video at the project's highest resolution and in the agreed codec. You won't need a final revision round: we review the idea, storyboard, production and mastering together, so your feedback is already in the finished piece.
